Project Objective
Wendel Duchscherer was retained to provide the Town of Evans with a new municipal building. The facility would house Town Departments including Town Administration, Building Inspector, Planning Department, Town Clerk, Receiver of Taxes, Assessor, Recreation, Court Clerks, and
Town Police.

Solution
Wendel Duchscherer met with each of the Town Departments to develop a building program that led
to a 28,000 sq. ft. facility. The building includes a separate entrance for the police station with security for the holding facility. In addition to accommodating
all departments, a public meeting room and court
room were included.
