Responsibilities

  • Plan, design and manage tasks and projects in an efficient and timely manner that maximizes value to the company and the client.
  • Assists in the layout of site plans, puts together presentation drawings for clients and updates existing drawings in our portfolio.
  • Review and revise concept plans with clients.
  • Prepare Requests for Proposals.

 

 

 

Qualifications

  • Candidate should have a minimum of an Associate’s degree in Architecture.
  • 1-5 years of working experience in a design firm, with project experience working in Autodesk Revit and Adobe Photoshop is preferred.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be a team player.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Salary range

$55,000 – $75,000

Wendel is committed to providing fair, competitive, and market-informed compensation. Salary offered will be determined based the successful candidates’ relevant education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The salary offered will also take into consideration regional adjustment factors.
