Wendel is excited to announce that our local architecture and interior design practice has recently grown by 20% through the addition of Laura Eysnogle, Jennifer Polacek and Bailey Merrill. Our Eau Claire office provides architectural and interior design services for Healthcare Facilities, PK-12 Schools, Universities and Private Entities.

Laura Eysnogle brings over a decade of experience in interior design, space planning and architectural design for public sector clients. Her ability to work with clients from project conception through the ribbon cutting phases, balancing the importance of efficiency and durability with adaptability and aesthetics on a wide range on projects will be incredibly valuable. Laura has an extensive background in all types of community and public sector projects, and understands the need for spaces to perform in the most efficient way possible. Her specialty is providing communities with a facility that they can be proud of, while always acting as a responsible steward of the tax payer’s dollar. Laura is an Associate AIA Member and NCIDQ Certified Interior Designer.

Jennifer Polacek comes to Wendel with 17 years of experience as an Architect, Project Coordinator and Interior Specialist. She has worked on a variety of project types ranging from medical office buildings and mixed-use projects to restaurants and multi-family housing. Jennifer’s focus on project management and interior design allow her to work closely with clients from the early stages of a project, where she aids in the processes of consultant coordination, state and local approvals, and client representation during Planning and City Council meetings. Jennifer’s involvement in these early stage project activities, combined with her technical and artistic talent in the design phase make her a valuable member of project teams from project inception through completion. Jennifer is an Associate AIA Member.

Bailey Merrill brings experience in commercial and educational design to Wendel, and in her 4 years of experience has developed the creative problem solving skills necessary to design successful projects and build lasting relationships with clients. She embraces collaboration and innovation in her work with the ultimate goal of producing designs that suit her clients’ needs. Bailey is an Associate AIA Member and an Active Member of the Young Professionals of the Chippewa Valley.
