We are pleased to announce the appointment of six new Associate Principals: Adam Kaufman, EIT, CEM; Danielle Wink, PMP; Joseph Corio, PE; Rob Natale, AIA; Sandra Arismendi, Int’l Associate AIA, LEED AP BD+C; and Zachary Jacobs, CWEP, CEM. This recognition reflects their leadership and commitment to excellence. 

Adam Kaufman is an energy engineer with eight years at Wendel, specializing in energy-efficient solutions under energy performance contracts. 

Danielle Wink is a dedicated Project Manager with over 15 years of experience, including six years with Wendel. She is a leader on the public transit team, managing complex multidisciplinary projects, facilitating collaboration, and delivering results. 

Joseph Corio brings expertise in civil engineering and land surveying, overseeing the design and construction of streets, highways, sanitary and combined sewer systems, stormwater systems, and pedestrian and bicycle facilities. 

Rob Natale is an architect with over 20 years of experience, including 10 years at Wendel, where he is recognized for his expertise in adaptive reuse, historic preservation, and master planning. 

Sandra Arismendi, Project Manager and Architectural Design Lead, has more than 25 years of experience delivering design excellence across complex architectural projects. She provides strategic design leadership, overseeing architectural quality from concept through the production of construction documents for Public Sector projects, with a focus on Higher Education and Transit Projects.  She is also a LEED-accredited Building Design professional, with extensive expertise in sustainable context-responsive design.  Over her seven years at Wendel, Sandra has actively contributed her leadership and technical skills to mentoring and supporting young professional staff. 

Zachary Jacobs is an energy engineer and project manager with over 12 years of experience at Wendel, supporting energy efficiency projects for a wide range of clients and facility types. Specializing in lighting upgrades and water conservation, he also has experience implementing energy conservation measures through all project phases, including preliminary assessments, audits, design, and construction oversight.
