The intersection of improving and balancing indoor air quality and maintaining good performance is optimizing your ventilation system. In a laboratory or medical facility, this becomes paramount. We assess, track, monitor, and develop solutions to optimize ventilation rates in buildings, especially in complex HVAC systems, while balancing and maintaining high levels of appropriate indoor air quality in those buildings. We design, build, commission, and monitor these systems afterward.
Wendel was engaged by the University of Rochester to develop a Utilities & Energy Management Assessment & Plan for their campus. The goal of the plan was to provide information which can be used to plan for energy conservation across campus. This includes projected capital costs, energy, and greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) savings.
Holistic energy management.
Reduce energy usage and maintenance costs.
