Values, Culture, and Ethics

Doing right by our employees is essential to our mission and producing an environment where all of our employees feel welcomed, safe, and comfortable. This is fundamental to our creative design and results oriented culture. Our human resources team hosts monthly committee meetings to discuss areas of concern and independently address employee issues.

Our commitment to our employees is not new. Seventeen years ago, our Board of Directors launched a Values Culture Ethics committee (V.C.E.). This Board Committee, comprised of key team members throughout the organization, was established to ensure that Wendel’s company values, culture, and ethics are met and maintained. Team members are tasked with monitoring, evaluating, and recommending practices that align with Wendel’s fundamental principles in the areas of diversity, equity, inclusion, work-life balance, morale, and authenticity. The V.C.E. committee reports to our Board of Directors.

Our goal is not to create a culture where everyone thinks the same way, but rather embrace different perspectives to further our internal and external relationships for the good of all.
