Inclusion is how we unleash the power of diversity. We strive to foster belonging and empowerment at work. It is through these cultural anchors that we can create relevant, creative, and impactful projects for our clients. We strive for this while respecting and encouraging our growing teams to be communicative and actively participate in our learning organization.
Promoting diversity and equity within our workplace and within project development is important. We work with our partners to support Disadvantaged, Minority, and Women-Owned Business Enterprises and look for opportunities to connect with the communities that are impacted by our projects.
Wendel has formed a D.E.&I. Committee, incorporating representation from individuals in different roles and departments throughout the company. Our goal is not to create a culture where everyone thinks the same way but rather embrace different perspectives to further our internal and external relationships.
A better world through knowledge and leadership.
