Christopher Chapman is the Business Segment Leader for Civil Engineering with over 20 years of industry experience, including 18 years at the firm. Based in the Williamsville, NY office, he has led the civil engineering team for the past eight years, focusing on mentorship, collaboration, and client success. Chris leads multidisciplinary teams delivering site development and infrastructure projects across healthcare, industrial, private, and municipal sectors. Henry Perez is the Regional Office Leader for the Metro New York office specializing in the development and implementation of energy projects throughout Long Island, New York City, and the Hudson Valley. He has over 32 years of experience in energy-related mechanical and electrical analysis, design, and project management. Henry has brought deep technical expertise and proven leadership to Wende for the last 20 years. He is a graduate of the New York Institute of Technology with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a licensed New York State Professional Engineer.
