At the Jewish Senior Life Campus in Rochester, NY, our Landscape Architects worked closely with Perkins Eastman and BME Associates to do overall site Master Planning and to lay out new building expansion locations. Focus on perimeter natural areas handling stormwater run-off. Other project aspects include focal courtyard areas for each new residential building, high security for assisted living residents, native plantings used throughout the designs, raised planters for wheelchair accessibility, rain gardens, and seating opportunities throughout the campus.
