Bon Secours Mercy Health

Bon Secours set out to bring several divisions together under one roof, creating a single cohesive workplace that supports daily operations while offering flexible meeting spaces for additional Bon Secours teams and the surrounding community. Wendel worked with the organization to shape an environment that feels welcoming, efficient, and ready to adapt to a wide range of uses.

The first floor introduces guests and staff to a comfortable reception area with an adjacent lounge and a coffee bar that flows directly into a flexible meeting facility. The large meeting room features a movable partition that allows the space to operate as one expansive room or two independent settings, supported by adaptable furniture that accommodates both formal presentations and casual gatherings.

A central staircase connects the first floor reception to the second floor break room, which also functions as an event space for community meetings and team activities. The open break area features inviting booth seating that encourages informal conversations and spontaneous collaboration. Throughout the workplace, a palette of neutral tones and refined finishes creates a sophisticated backdrop for Bon Secours branding while reinforcing a calm and professional atmosphere.
