Wendel is seeking an entry to mid-level design professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused working environment. Wendel is headquartered in Buffalo, NY, but we are looking for candidates in either the Richmond, VA or Buffalo NY markets. The ideal candidate(s) is looking for advancement in their career and an opportunity to grow our established presence in these regions.

Qualifications

  • You love to execute project development from concept through construction while working with others.
  • You are seeking to mentor entry-level architects.
  • You enjoy business development.
  • You want to grow into a senior leadership role.
  • You have a proven record of strong design and detailing skills.
  • You have a 4 or 5 year degree in Architecture.
  • You have 2-7 years of experience in a design firm, with strong experience in design, construction documents, and construction administration.
  • You are genuinely passionate about architecture.
  • You have exceptional communication skills and thrive working in a team environment.
  • You have excellent organizational skills.
  • You have knowledge of design and construction programs like Revit, BlueBeam, Procore, Etc.

Salary range

$52,000.00 – $85,000.00.

Wendel is committed to providing fair, competitive, and market-informed compensation. Salary offered will be determined based the successful candidates’ relevant education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The salary offered will also take into consideration regional adjustment factors.
