Electrical Engineer

Wendel is currently seeking an Electrical Engineer to work with our Engineering team out of our Williamsville, NY office.

Responsibilities

  • Electrical engineering design and production.
  • Assist with the design of electrical systems for buildings including fire alarms, power distribution, light design, building system design hazard analysis / arc flash study / arc flash analysis.
  • Actively work on all stages of project development.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Senior Engineers.

 

Qualifications

  • Up to 5 years of Electrical Engineering experience.
  • Electrical Engineering Degree from an accredited 4-year institution or 2-year technical degree.
  • A team-player who is highly organized, has strong time-management skills, and desire to learn and grow within the Electrical Engineering group and Building Industry.
  • Ability to Travel to client sites or work on-site if needed
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) or strong desire to obtain EIT.
  • Excellent PC skills. Microsoft Office software experience required.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow.

Salary range

$65,000 – $84,000

Wendel is committed to providing fair, competitive, and market-informed compensation. Salary offered will be determined based the successful candidates’ relevant education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The salary offered will also take into consideration regional adjustment factors.
