Proposal & Digital Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative Proposal & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This dual-role position will be responsible for supporting strategic pursuit efforts through proposal coordination and helping drive our brand presence through digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with experience balancing deadlines, managing multiple projects, and working collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities

Proposal Coordination (Approx. 50%):

  • Lead the development and submission of compelling, deadline-driven proposals, qualifications packages, and RFP responses in coordination with technical staff and leadership.
  • Manage proposal schedules, content development, and final production while ensuring brand consistency and high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain proposal content libraries, resumes, project sheets, and boilerplate information.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor content for each opportunity and assist with interview preparation materials.

Digital Marketing (Approx. 50%):

  • Plan, execute, and analyze digital marketing campaigns across platforms (email, social media, website, etc.) to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and schedule social media content that aligns with firm initiatives, project milestones, and industry trends.
  • Apply basic SEO knowledge to improve online visibility of content and website performance.
  • Monitor analytics and prepare regular performance reports to help refine marketing strategies.

Conference & Event Marketing:

  • Coordinate pre-event promotions, in-event visibility, and post-event follow-up communications for conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Work with technical and business development teams to prepare materials and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Manage the packing, shipping, and inventory of booth displays, branded swag, literature, and other conference materials.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a marketing, proposal, or communications role (preferably within AEC, professional services, or B2B industries).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign), Microsoft Office, and social media scheduling tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content strategy.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and communicate effectively with both creative and technical teams.
  • Experience with CRM or proposal management tools (e.g., Cosential) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of HTML or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
  • Event planning or logistics experience is a plus.

Salary range

$52,000 – $68,700

Wendel is committed to providing fair, competitive, and market-informed compensation. Salary offered will be determined based the successful candidates’ relevant education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The salary offered will also take into consideration regional adjustment factors.
