Interior Designer (Richmond, VA):

Wendel is currently seeking an Interior Designer with 5 or more years of experience to join our Richmond, VA office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth in a creative and fun workplace. Wendel works in many markets including corporate, healthcare, education to transit; offering opportunities to work on a wide range of projects.

Wendel is looking for a candidate that is enthusiastic to learn and grow, is flexible and has a passion for design.

You will be responsible for: 

• Programming
• Field verification
• Space Planning
• Construction Document Development
• Construction Administration
• Finish and Furniture selection and presentations.
• Assist in maintaining client relationships.

Candidates should be proficient with REVIT, Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam Revu. Knowledge of building codes is required. 3D rendering capabilities is preferred. Bachelors Degree required.

Salary Range: $70,000 – $95,000.

Wendel is committed to providing fair, competitive, and market-informed compensation. Salary offered will be determined based the successful candidates’ relevant education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The salary offered will also take into consideration regional adjustment factors.
