Reynolds Medical Office Building

The client requested this Medical Office Building be a blending of materials from two different areas of this development which have both retail and office buildings with shared parking and are in close proximity to each other. The retail buildings are brick and glass while the office buildings are aluminum panels and glass.

The new medical office building is two stories in height with a total square footage of 45,000 square feet. It has two elevators, two stair towers and a monumental stair in the core.

The perimeter skin is made up of modular components that easily allow exterior doorways to be added for Tenant needs that do not adversely affect the use of the main entrance for after-hours access.

The new building is sited to provide visibility from Interstate highways and main arterial roads so that tenant signage is visible to passersby on the roads for recognition of the tenants for their patients/clients. The materials and details allow for economical costs in constructing the building.
