Sporting Complex

The existing natural turf baseball, softball, soccer, and lacrosse fields were becoming difficult for the district to maintain. Spring sports fields were especially a concern as long Winters and late Springs often resulted in many postponed or canceled games due to rain-soaked, unplayable fields. The district desires to construct a synthetic turf multi-sport field to complement the synthetic turf stadium that already serves many of these sports, resulting in scheduling difficulties. The existing tennis courts needed reconstruction due to deteriorating and unsafe pavement conditions, as well as chain link fencing that is in need of replacement. The new sports complex, if approved via public referendum, will also include the construction of a new 8-court tennis facility with easily accessible spectator viewing areas.

Security Improvements

Each of the four schools entrances were updated to include secondary entrances with security doors, buzzer systems, cameras, greeter windows, secured exchange ports, and glass covering. Our team is working closely with the district to develop a long term facility improvement plan that the district will implement over the next 15 years.

Critical Energy/Maintenance Improvements

The plan includes targeted roof repairs, a complete district-wide fire alarm replacement, restroom additions/renovations, boiler conversion, a facilities addition, accessibility improvements & pool infrastructure reconstruction.
