Benjamin Siegel Joins the Wendel Team

We are pleased to announce that Benjamin Siegel has joined the Wendel team. Ben comes to Wendel with 15 years of experience in architectural planning and has overseen the design and construction of over $75 million in development since he founded BMS Design Studio in 2011.

Ben’s professional focus has been centered on urban design and redevelopment, adaptive reuse of historic structures, preservation, hospitality and entertainment manufacturing and technology facilities. While serving as Principal of BMS Design, he also served as the Vice President of Design for Signature Development LLC., which specializes in adaptive reuse with a focus on attracting tech startups, light manufacturing companies, apartments, and breweries. Along with award winning restaurant and hospitality spaces, Ben focuses on user-based design by rethinking how users can maximize production and efficiency. Ben’s expertise has been critical to many award-winning projects, and his skillset has allowed him to travel all over the country for his valued clients. Notable projects that Ben has worked on in the WNY area include Thin Man Brewery, Resurgence Brewery, and the Foundry Lofts. He has also held a long-term relationship with the Helium Comedy Clubs and served as lead designer for their clubs in Buffalo, St. Louis, Indianapolis, Austin, Raleigh, and Philadelphia. In addition to his many achievements in architectural design, Ben was also an Educational Planning Fellow at Cannon Design and served as an Adjunct Professor at Niagara University School of Hospitality.
