Responsibilities:

  • Work in a collaborative team environment to assist with administrative duties and assignments to meet the needs of the particular resource group as well as the department’s internal and external clients.
  • Relies on judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Works under general supervision.

  • Copying, filing, and faxing as needed.

Qualifications: 

  • Associates Degree preferred or equivalent work experience in the field or in a related area.
  • 6-10 years’ of experience is preferred.
  • Strong skills in prioritization, organization, coordination, flexibility, multi-tasking and excellent written and verbal communications required.
  • Good grammar, accuracy, proofreading, aptitude for numbers.
  • Detail oriented, organizational and planning skills.
  • Any experience in construction administration and experience using construction management software is a huge plus.
  • Experience Microsoft Office Suite is required.

We are seeking someone with a strong knowledge of design, production, and implementation of Solar array development projects and Civil/Site projects. Experience with Site plan design, grading design, and stormwater and hydraulic calculations are a plus, as well as familiarity with State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR), Department of Environmental Conservation stormwater permitting, and code review.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform site visits for project feasibility
  • Assist with preliminary site layouts
  • Develop comprehensive solar designs including Site plans, structural drawings and engineering calculations
  • Produce both Site Plan and construction document drawings that will be used for permit approvals and construction
  • Support permitting application processes

Responsibilities:

  • Service all clients (internal and external) to fulfill the expectations of Wendel’s financial/accounting services.
  • Implement policies and procedures that support the financial accuracy of the Wendel’s financial reporting.
  • Maintain and review project accounts on a regular basis, including but not limited to, project variances, percentage completion, accounts receivable and unbilled revenue.  Advise project manager and/or controller of any unusual amounts or compliance matters and assist with action plan to alleviate discrepancies.
  • Partner with project managers to update monthly revenue recognition and revenue projections in accordance with contract/company procedures.
  • Assist project managers in the development of fees and related financial data for new projects and change orders.
  • Coordination, preparation, and quality assurance of project invoicing in accordance with contractual requirements and external/internal deadlines.
  • Assist project managers with preparation, analysis and control of project budgets.
  • Coordination and communication with sub-consultants to ensure proper invoicing in accordance with project contracts.
  • Assist with process improvements for accounting applications and company-wide efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidate has experience working within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience with billing and invoicing.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, but candidates with an AAS in Accounting/ Related Field will be considered.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Perform HVAC, HVAC controls, chillers, boiler, water distribution, ductwork, plumbing, and fire protection systems design for clients primarily focused in the Northeast.
  • Portfolio and project management.
  • Engineering production.
  • Provide on the job training support to junior department members.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate has a consultant background and see’s the big picture.
  • 8 plus years of Mechanical Engineering experience, especially with air handling and distribution systems, ventilation/exhaust, hydronic, HVAC, building controls, and process piping systems.
  • Firm understanding of industry standards, regulations, and codes.

Job Purpose: 

  • Work on real life projects like identification of work scopes, cost estimates, and production of construction documents.
  • Actively work on all stages of project development.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Senior Engineers.
  • Assist with the design of electrical systems for buildings including fire alarms, power distribution, light design, building system design hazard analysis / arc flash study / arc flash analysis.

Requirements: 

  • Currently pursuing an Electrical Engineering degree at an accredited institution.
  • Excellent PC skills. Microsoft Office software experience required.

  • Ability to work on-site and travel if needed.

Job Purpose: 

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, reporting, and maintaining employee personnel files.
  • Screen resumes and support the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist with open and incoming requisitions.

  • Actively work on projects from concept phase to final design and through construction.
  • Collaborate and share ideas with senior level staff on those projects.
