We are celebrating our newly renovated headquarters at Centerpointe Corporate Park, Williamsville, New York. We recently moved into the second floor of 375 Essjay Road, the largest building in the Centerpointe complex, occupying 37,000 square feet. Operations in the new headquarters began on March 23, 2015.

As we continues to grow and expand, the need for a larger and updated facility conducive to the firm’s operations emerged. Adding 22 employees in 2014, the firm is now over 200 employees strong nation-wide. The emphasis of Wendel’s new office space is productivity, sustainability and enhancing the “Wendel Experience.”

“We wanted to re-use an existing building, not construct a new one,” said Stewart Haney, president and CEO of Wendel. “We thought it best to find something already in Amherst’s inventory and this building works perfectly.” Wendel is targeting LEED certification for its new headquarters. The design incorporated many sustainable elements in addition to the building rehabilitation, including LED lighting, responsive daylighting, reclaimed wood, water conservation measures and sustainable sourcing of materials.
