Project Manager / Construction Manager (Columbus, OH):

You need to have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with project scheduling and project budget management is a must. Experience with construction management software (Primavera, Procore, Newforma, etc.) and scheduling (Primavera Suretrak, MS Project, etc.) is required. Working knowledge of MS Office Suite is necessary.

 

In this position you will be responsible for managing the simultaneous construction of energy conservation measures at multiple projects sites. These construction projects will be primarily focused on mechanical, electrical and controls improvements. In addition, you will assist with cost estimating by coordinating and soliciting subcontractor pricing during the project development phase. You will provide constructability review during the design phase, and lead bidding, negotiation and subcontracting efforts.
