Newly appointed Principals include Christian Creswell CID, LEED AP; John Havrilla, PE and James Winde, PE, LEED AP. This appointment recognizes professionals for their exemplary leadership and commitment to excellence.

Christian Creswell CID, LEED AP is on the Board of Directors and an Interior Designer in Wendel’s Richmond, VA office. She provides our clients with sound design ideas coupled with a creative approach and works to gain a thorough understanding of the client’s needs. With over 20 years of experience, Christian focuses on corporate clients, and helps cultivate and maintain relationships with local real estate brokers and developers.

John Havrilla, PE is a Board Member and the Director of Alternative Fuels at Wendel He is a knowledgeable energy executive with a strong financial background and over 40 years of industry experience. John has a BS in electrical engineering and is a NY registered professional engineer. John has extensive knowledge and experience in alternative fuel technologies including electric, compressed natural gas, propane, and hydrogen/fuel cell technologies including project work for fueling and maintenance facilities and economic analysis of alternative fuel implementations.

James Winde, PE, LEED AP has 25 years of experience in the engineering industry, 15 of which are with Wendel. In his role as Director of the Mechanical Engineering team, he is heavily involved in the leadership and professional development of the 17 employees across four of Wendel’s offices. Jim focuses on in-depth engineering knowledge which instills a high level of trust with clients. Over the course of his career, he has engineered well over 200 large-scale renovation and facility improvement projects. His dedication to new and innovative technologies continues to keep Wendel at the leading edge of industry trends.
