The new clubhouse design for Weinstein Properties is an exciting addition to the luxury apartment complex, Addison at Wyndham. Weinstein’s direction was to create a modern, sophisticated and inviting interior for their clubhouse. Working in collaboration with the base building architecture firm, we created a modern, warm interior that offers a variety of seating areas for different functions, from café seating to touchdown lounge chairs to the fireplace gathering spot. Integrating the business center into the open plan is a new concept for Weinstein. This increased the accessibility of the computers to their residents, making the amenity more approachable.

The high ceilings with dropped acoustical features create a dynamic and engaging space. The unique light fixtures and selection of furniture, fabrics, and finishes promote an inviting, comfortable residential environment – with a modern twist. We focused on specifying durable materials due to the high-traffic environment. Using a natural color palette with pops of color and texture provides visual interest for the open concept. The use of glass at the leasing office promotes a welcoming setting for future residents. The fitness area is well-equipped with state-of-the-art machines in a visually energetic environment, implemented by the use of color and light fixture selection. The restrooms are in proximity of the outdoor pool and were designed for durability and wet environments.
