Allianz Global Assistance

Headquarters Design

This project entailed the renovation of a 1980s corporate headquarters building consisting of five floors totaling 320,000 square feet of cold, gray, outdated space. The building had been empty for seven years when the global travel insurance company, Allianz, decided to bring color, natural light and liveliness to the building. Easy navigation and wayfinding throughout the five floors was also necessary. The cold granite atriums were transformed into vibrant, welcoming spaces for employees and each of the five floors boasts a unique color and naming scheme. The finished project earned recognition through several awards for excellence in interior design.
