This new facility offers residents a continuum of care with a 12 unit Residential Care Apartment Complex, a 16 unit Community Based Residential Care Facility, and a 40 bed Skilled Care Facility. A neighborhood design concept features 12 to 14 unit neighborhoods, each with a spa, kitchen, dining area, and activity spaces.

Additional spaces include a 1,500 sq. ft. Wellness Center and a Towne Centre complete with a Doctor’s Office, Bakery, Beauty/Barber Shop, and an event space. Two large courtyards are designed to allow for barbecuing and outdoor dining. The campus features National/Folk Colonial styling inside and out, to create a simple, warm, and homelike atmosphere.
