Wendel provided architectural and interior design services for Delta Airport Consultant’s 17,000 sf headquarters in Midlothian, Virginia.  The current space was almost completely gutted and redesigned from its existing use as a single tenant office space.  Delta Airport Consultants wanted to attract a younger workforce and features such as large graphics, resimercial furniture, car charging and bike racks were included into the design.

Large open plan workstations provide ample space for their engineering staff. An open center area creates an environment of community and collaboration for staff, and a multi-purpose area for training and seminars was designed for potential future conversion into sub lease space.

Construction of the space was completed by Dallan Construction out of Richmond, VA.
