Campus expansion for the existing Seniors/Extended Care Residential complex in Brighton, NY.  Wendel worked closely with the project architects and engineers in developing the overall site layout, including new building placements, site circulation, parking layout, grading and stormwater opportunities, pathway layout, special garden areas, private vs. public use areas, and various proposed site amenities and features, etc.
