Wendel was hired to update the Comprehensive Plan to better reflect the vision of the community and to amend the Zoning Codes and map to match this vision.

Utilizing our experiences with Regional Planning documents and trends in planning, we were able to facilitate updates to the Comprehensive Plan that were supportable by the region and the citizens of the community. Based on this update, understanding the issues in this community, and our experiences, we were able to provide a modern zoning code and map that are practicable, enforceable and visionary.
