Wendel was asked to design a show piece facility for short term post-surgical nursing home stays. What we presented was a marketable brand in an identifiable design that offers a spa/resort-like atmosphere – perfect for private pay and short term rehabilitation.

Overall design is resident focused with lean flow for staff. We lead a complex integrated delivery method far beyond typical construction management methods to complete this project design and construction in incredibly reduced time, greatly benefiting the owner. A full basement was provided for future healthcare services expansion.
