This is an Adaptive Reuse Project for Mosaic Catering on West Broad Street. The building was renovated for use as a state-of-the-art catering kitchen and associated warehouse, as well as for corporate administrative offices and a showroom for meetings and planning events with Clients.

The building was successful in qualifying for Historic Tax Credits due to the restoration of the old brick facades and wonderful steel windows, as well as by preserving and exposing beautiful strip wood floors, brick floors, some plaster walls and ceilings, and maintaining the integrity of the original structure.
