Premier Business Center, now know as Premier Workspace, is an executive suite company with locations throughout the United States.  This is their 2nd location in the DC area.  The primary goal was to maximize the amount of rentable private offices, while providing modern and attractive common area amenities. Located in the Golden Triangle Business Improvement District,  17,000 square feet on the 5th floor at 2001 L Street N.W. The intent of the design was to attract the clientele of the area.

This location has a distinct aesthetic that contrast their other location, providing a variety of office space and design options for their clientele. There is an urban feel with the open structure ceiling, modern pendant light fixtures and poured in place concrete floor mixed with the more modern solid surfaces, accent tiles and wall covering provide a cohesive palette.  Clients are greeted when they exit the elevator with a very open concept layout with the centralized social amenity features.

Glass was added to the private office doors and sidelites allowing light to flood into the interior spaces.
