Roane County Schools Energy Performance Contract (EPC)

Roane County Schools selected Wendel to develop an energy performance contract (EPC) which encompasses facility improvements at the Finance Office, Bas Garage, Roane County High School, Spencer Middle School, Geary Elementary/Middle, Walton Elementary/Middle, Reedy Elementary and Spencer Primary Center.  Wendel completed a Comprehensive Energy Audit to identify potential Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs)  to be included in an overall facility improvement project.  Services performed through this project include: energy analysis and auditing, design services, financing assistance, construction management, and overall program management including coordination with other facility renovation projects.

The project was completed in 2014 and within budget. The implemented energy conservation measures included:
