Bingo and Gaming Halls Additions and Renovations

Wendel, along with our Native American Construction Management partner Kennedy Wendel, provided a fast-track, design-build solution to renovate and rejuvenate the Seneca Nation’s two Bingo and Entertainment Halls. The design-build team worked with the owner to determine long term goals and assess costs associated with design options. The completed projects provide expanded bingo and gaming spaces, new poker rooms, updated facades and entrances, new “WOW” factors, and upgraded amenities.

The design-build team also developed and managed a fully transparent, open-book Guaranteed Maximum Price project budget on behalf of the owner, and established an accelerated project design and construction schedule that fit the owner’s timetable for the project.
