This complex occupied renovation project with carefully orchestrated phasing ensured associates productivity during construction. Wendel’s design team created an inviting and modern environment that comfortably infused the existing antique furniture and historical art collection into an eclectic, cohesive design. By combining the existing elements with layers of leather, stone, marble, wood veneer, and gold accents we provided a high-end design that’s seamlessly intertwined. The special features include a fully upholstered leather wall, custom moss wall installation, gold light fixtures and hardware throughout, curated wall coverings, furniture pieces, and art, together to bring this space to life.
