Planning and design of a replacement campus.
Working closely with Buffalo Water personnel, Wendel completed a comprehensive examination and developed a capital improvement plan (CIP) for five facilities: Colonel Ward Pumping Station, Filtration Building, Massachusetts Avenue Pumping Station, Grover Cleveland Tank, and the Manhattan Pump Station and Tank.
This focal project created a major pedestrian gathering plaza and gateway at the main entry point of the newly re-constructed Chautauqua Amphitheater.
The Wendel team was retained to perform detailed design and construction phase services for the reconstruction of Schenectady's Intermodal Station.
Interior fit-out of a first floor suite.
Expanding a living museum and national historic site.
Redefining a Buffalo landmark.
Wendel provided full-service architectural and engineering design for two new facilities which total 92,000 square feet.
The Virginia Tech Multi-Modal Hub enhances campus mobility by consolidating transit, pedestrian, and bicycle access into a single, accessible location.
A legacy restored.
