Full service design for the 8,000 sf renovation of industrial laboratory space into an exciting, flexible and inspiring showcasing state-of-the-art technology, appealing to users and facilitation collaborative teamwork.
This 278,000 square foot facility is located in Springfield, MA. The facility stores and supports 150 fixed route buses, and has maintenance capacity for PVTA’s entire fleet.
The client requested this Medical Office Building be a blending of materials from two different areas of this development which have both retail and office buildings with shared parking and are in close proximity to each other.
