After the consolidation of two fire departments into the Riverside Fire District, it was determined that a new facility should be designed and constructed.

The Starpoint Central School District is a unique district in Niagara County. The campus is comprised of one large structure approximately 550,000 square feet that is subdivided into four distinct buildings housing a primary, intermediate, middle, and high school. With an enrollment of 2,800 students, Wendel has helped the district develop a long-term improvement plan to better serve its students.
Starpoint Central School District has been a leader in energy efficiency and climate action through their proactive and creative approach to building capital improvements. The District has reduced their operating costs and carbon emissions through energy analysis, sustainable design, and collaborative implementation of traditional capital improvements and energy system upgrades.
Leveraging technology made this Virginia plant the first of its kind.
