The project focused on the layout and cost analysis of several concept design options for the Transfer Center.

One M&T Plaza is a 21-story international style office tower designed by Minoru Yamasaki, one of the most prominent architects of the 20th century. Completed in 1967, the building occupies an entire city block in North Buffalo, New York.

Wendel helped bring M&T Bank's vision for the Tech Hub to life within Seneca One Tower, creating a workplace designed to support innovation, collaboration, and the future of technology in Buffalo.

This 10-acre solar facility was successfully delivered through comprehensive planning, permitting, design, and construction support, bringing additional renewable energy to the region.

The NFTA retained Wendel to provide professional engineering services to replace the existing roof-mounted central air-cooled chiller at the Metropolitan Transportation Center (MTC).

A fully sustainable administrative, operations & maintenance facility.

The rehabilitation of New Road provided wider lanes, modern drainage, and improved stormwater performance, with Wendel providing guidance to the County from early design through construction.
